Could someone please give me a dumbed down explanation of lapse blue

Seriously I've watched a tone of vids and have even looked here but I still don't get it 😢. At first I thought it was just a form of spacial manipulation. But then I read that it recreats the effects of a black hole hence how he cleared the area he was fighting Toji in.
But I still don't get how that applies to twisting peoples limbs.
And I think one vid explained that he uses blue to teleport.
Top Comment: Blue is the power of attraction, manipulating space through the concept of "negative distance". Basically, it temporarily creates a space where there is no space, and then goes beyond that to become "negative" space, an impossible vacuum. Nature abhors a vacuum, so everything around this negative space is violently drawn towards it to fill the hole (the same way pressurized air inside an airplane is yanked outwards when someone opens the emergency door at cruising altitude, only much more anime). This does mimic, to a certain extent, the power of an immense gravity well, although technically speaking it is not actually the manipulation of gravity. Blue is capable of twisting limbs because the area around the limbs is suddenly made up of negative space. Just like any other substance, your limbs attempt to fill that negative space, but there's just one problem: your limbs aren't freely floating objects, they're held together by connective tissue, skin, and bone. So, when they're yanked around, they don't fly away, they twist and deform. Blue doesn't allow the user to teleport, per se, but it does allow them to cross vast distances. This is due to them creating the negative space further away from their body, causing them to be yanked in the direction of the vacuum as it fills back up. By chaining these together or slinging them way out ahead, the user is pulled from vacuum to vacuum at ridiculous speeds, like a fish on a line. That answer help at all?

Blue screen that says "software updating do not turn off computer"

I am getting a blue screen that says "software updating do not turn off computer." A mouse arrow moves around the screen as well. Realizing that this is not a good thing, I turn off the computer as soon as possible by holding down the power button.
I have tried a few things to clean up the computer but am unsure if anything addresses the issue.
